Field Sales Expert

Description:

Mosaic North America is seeking a Field Sales Expert to join their retail team, representing Mead Johnson Nutrition in stores across the Laval Territory. The role is the front line of retail operations, ensuring infant nutrition products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and promoted effectively to consumers. This position involves daily store visits, collaboration with store managers, and execution of merchandising and sales strategies to achieve KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete call reports and on-going training requirements in a timely manner.

• Resolve out-of-stock issues with store managers.

• Review store-level data to support sales strategies.

• Merchandise and stock shelves as required.

• Build brand presence through interactions with customers.

• Present, promote, and sell products effectively.

• Understand and achieve KPI targets in every store call.

• Report to the Acosta Field Manager and communicate daily/weekly as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to develop positive and productive working relationships.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

• Access to a vehicle to make multiple daily store visits.

• Organized, proactive, and accountable for assigned retail territory.
