Merchandising Specialist

Labatt Breweries of Canada, one of the founding companies of Canada with over 175 years of brewing heritage, is seeking a Spécialiste Mise en Marché (Marchandiseur) to join their team in Trois-Rivières, QC. As the leading national brewer with more than 3,600 employees, a diverse portfolio of over 60 beers and ready-to-drink beverages, and 10 breweries across the country, Labatt offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and according to sales plans, replenishing shelves, managing product rotation, setting up promotional signage to maximize visual impact, and presenting weekly execution reports. You will also collaborate closely with the sales representative to identify sales opportunities and build strong business relationships with key contacts by providing excellent customer service.

Key tasks include:

• Arranging products based on planograms.

• Restocking shelves with delivered products.

• Executing proper product rotation.

• Setting up promotional signage for maximum visual impact.

• Providing weekly execution reports.

• Collaborating with the sales team for enhanced sales opportunities.

• Ensuring high-quality merchandising and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in progress or completed is an asset).

• Strong physical ability to move products weighing 18 lbs or more.

• Passion for teamwork and excellent customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory).

• Excellent command of French (mandatory).
