This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional lawyer specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Our client, one of the top business law firms in Canada, is seeking a professional with around 2 to 6 years of experience to join their team focused on major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Quebec and across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on significant transactions involving the financing and deployment of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Participate in large-scale construction projects, including public-private partnerships.
Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing.
Represent national and international clients involved in high-profile business transactions in energy and infrastructure sectors.
Handle cases with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging the expertise of your colleagues.
Ideal Candidate:
2-6 years of experience in transactional law with a focus on energy, infrastructure, and/or financing.
Experience working on large energy or infrastructure projects, particularly public-private partnerships.
Knowledge of commercial real estate law and financing.
Highly rigorous, professional, and passionate about sustainable energy and infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an expert team.
