This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional lawyer specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Our client, one of the top business law firms in Canada, is seeking a professional with around 2 to 6 years of experience to join their team focused on major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Quebec and across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on significant transactions involving the financing and deployment of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

  • Participate in large-scale construction projects, including public-private partnerships.

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing.

  • Represent national and international clients involved in high-profile business transactions in energy and infrastructure sectors.

  • Handle cases with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging the expertise of your colleagues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-6 years of experience in transactional law with a focus on energy, infrastructure, and/or financing.

  • Experience working on large energy or infrastructure projects, particularly public-private partnerships.

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate law and financing.

  • Highly rigorous, professional, and passionate about sustainable energy and infrastructure projects.

  • Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an expert team.
