Videojet Technologies, a global leader in product identification solutions and part of the Veralto Corporation (NYSE: VLTO), is seeking a Global VESL, Fundamentals & Culture professional to lead the implementation, sustainment, and development of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) fundamentals across its worldwide operations.

In this senior-level remote role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System (VES), and will be responsible for embedding continuous improvement culture, achieving Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, and coaching functional leaders globally. The role will heavily focus on fostering a strong organizational culture through leadership in Kaizen, PSP, Daily Management, and VES tools—driving operational excellence and cultural transformation across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted and sustainable improvement in VES Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including kaizen sustainment, certified practitioner development, and culture adoption.

  • Lead the implementation of VES processes across global functions, ensuring best practices are embedded at every level.

  • Act as a strategic coach and mentor for leaders and teams in applying process improvement tools and principles.

  • Champion problem-solving methodologies, visual project management, and daily management systems.

  • Conduct Gemba audits to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

  • Support planning, facilitation, and execution of Kaizen events—ensuring high-quality charter creation, pre-work, and post-event sustainment.

  • Develop and lead training programs on key VES tools and methodologies.

  • Own VES immersion for new-hire orientation and manage global communication for all VES-related activities, including executive-level Kaizens and reporting.

  • Partner with the Corporate VES Office to align standard work, best practices, and strategies across regions and functions.

  • Mentor future VES leaders and develop internal talent pipelines to support global continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience deploying VES or continuous improvement processes within a large, matrixed organization.

  • Deep understanding of Kaizen, PSP (Problem Solving Process), VMDM (Visual Management Daily Management), and Standard Work methodologies.

  • Proven experience leading organizational change and driving culture transformation initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills to engage cross-functional global teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

  • Willingness and ability to travel globally 30–50% of the time.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
