You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Production Support Analyst to support enterprise-scale microservices-based applications on a 24X7 Global delivery model. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, rapid incident resolution, and operational excellence across real-time and batch processing systems.

The Opportunity
 

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications built on microservices architecture
  • Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLA timelines
  • Lead and manage incident triage bridges, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor application health using Splunk, Grafana dashboards for proactive issue detection
  • Analyze logs and perform quick querying using Splunk for faster troubleshooting
  • Support and troubleshoot batch jobs (Unix-based) including scheduling, failures, and recovery
  • Work with Cassandra DB for querying, data validation, and issue analysis

What You Need
 

  • 5-8 years of experience in Application Production Support
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Splunk (log analysis and quick querying)
  • Grafana and monitoring dashboards
  • Cassandra DB (strong querying skills; deep functional understanding)
  • Unix/Linux (batch jobs, scripting, troubleshooting)
  • AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments
  • Proven ability to triage issues quickly and drive resolution under pressure
  • Strong experience in incident management and bridge handling
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to observability frameworks and automation tools
