Sales Associate

Description:

Coach, a member of the Tapestry, Inc. family, is seeking a Sales Associate II to join their Designer Outlet Vancouver location in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate will deliver renowned and authentic service that creates an expressive luxury customer experience while achieving sales goals through effective clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive long-term relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and delivering a luxury shopping experience.

• Developing and maintaining product knowledge and sharing it with the team.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

• Supporting an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.

• Acting as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying up-to-date with market competition, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of selling experience in luxury retail preferred.

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

• Ability to work with cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet).

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
