Retail Educator

Description:

lululemon is seeking seasonal Educators to join their Park Royal store team. Educators are responsible for creating world-class guest experiences, providing technical product education, and fostering authentic connections with the community. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to inclusivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to ensure a high-quality guest experience, assess needs, and provide tailored purchase or return solutions

• Deliver product education and articulate product benefits

• Facilitate smooth omnichannel transactions, including buy online/pickup in-store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options

• Move dynamically across the sales floor to attend to guest and store needs

• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues

• Support store operations, including product presentation, restocking, destocking, and maintaining store cleanliness

• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies, including people safety and safe work practices

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and at least 18 years old

• Ability to travel to the store using own transportation

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to move through the store for most of the shift and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Enthusiastic, self-aware, and accountable for actions

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
