Retail Customer Service Associate

Bétonel / Dulux, a PPG company, is hiring full-time Retail Customer Service Associates for its various retail store locations across Canada. Reporting to the Store Manager, the selected candidates will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing strong relationships with both retail and contractor customers. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, guiding them through their purchasing needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assess their painting and supply needs while offering tailored product recommendations.

• Mix and match paint colors accurately and suggest complementary products such as brushes and rollers.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.

• Lift, carry, and store paint products and related items in compliance with safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible retail schedules including Saturdays and occasional overtime.

• Functional computer and internet usage skills.

• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.

• Proficiency in French (bilingual French-English preferred due to Canada-wide role).

• Work hours align with standard retail operations: Monday–Saturday (typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), with Sundays off.
