Customer Service Agent

Description:

Quantum Management Services Ltd. is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent – Order Entry to join a dynamic manufacturing company located in Saint-Bruno, QC. This permanent full-time role offers a structured and collaborative work environment with hybrid flexibility following a training period.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing order entry and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Your precision, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities will be vital in maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system

• Coordinate deliveries with clients and carriers

• Manage product returns and credit adjustments

• Maintain proactive communication regarding production timelines and potential delays

• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and sales

• Provide service to clients across Canada and the U.S., especially outside of Quebec

Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in customer service, logistics, administration, or transportation

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Strong team spirit and communication abilities (written and verbal)

Language Requirement:

• English proficiency is mandatory (advanced level) due to daily interactions with clients outside Quebec
