Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Description:

Echo Sports Tours, a specialized adventure tourism agency in the heart of Old Quebec, is seeking a seasonal customer service advisor to provide exceptional service at their rental and guided tour boutique. The ideal candidate is bilingual (French/English), physically fit, and enthusiastic about outdoor activities and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in-store and provide after-sale support

• Answer customer and partner inquiries by phone

• Handle reservations (via phone, email, and in-person)

• Process payments and manage electronic cash register operations

• Coordinate with guides and partner organizations

• Physically handle and move bikes and rental equipment

• Maintain email correspondence with clients

• Offer knowledgeable customer guidance, with familiarity with Quebec City as a strong asset

Job Conditions:

• Part-time position: 25 hours per week (full-time may be available)

• Hourly wage: 17 CAD/hour
