Customer Service Clerk

 

Description:

Solugaz is looking for a passionate customer service clerk to join their team in the branches located in Clermont, St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, or Saguenay. The role involves assisting customers daily and ensuring a high level of service. You will be responsible for answering calls, returning calls, assessing customer needs, and managing administrative tasks. The role also includes welcoming clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and return calls as needed

  • Assess customer needs and provide full assistance with professionalism and courtesy

  • Manage the email inbox and voicemail messages

  • Perform administrative tasks

  • Enter and update customer information in the system

  • Welcome customers at the branch

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception and/or customer service

  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in French (both spoken and written)

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Resourceful, autonomous, and analytical mindset
