Otis Elevator Co., the world’s largest manufacturer, installer, and service provider for elevators and escalators, is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This full-time, on-site role is focused on overseeing a major infrastructure construction project within the Greater Toronto Area. The selected candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective project completion while maintaining Otis’ standards for safety, ethics, and quality.

This position offers the chance to lead high-impact infrastructure work, coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and customer service functions. It is ideal for professionals with significant experience in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and construction oversight — especially in the vertical transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of a major infrastructure project with a focus on elevator/escalator installation

• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgeted material and labor estimates

• Coordinate closely with field managers and oversee labor scheduling

• Manage project documentation, track installation progress, and report issues delaying timelines

• Conduct monthly project reviews, audits, and ensure final project closure

• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

• Control material inventory, purchase orders, and coordinate timely deliveries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in engineering, construction, or related discipline

• PMP certification is a plus

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or elevator/escalator domains

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical blueprints

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

• Comfortable managing tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
