This role is designed for accomplished legal professionals who are passionate about advocating for plaintiffs in complex personal injury matters.

As a key member of the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation team, you will manage your own caseload, provide compassionate client service, and lead legal proceedings from intake to trial. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled litigator seeking flexibility and growth while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead personal injury cases from initial client screening through to trial or settlement.

• Represent plaintiffs in litigation against insurance companies, healthcare institutions, and professionals.

• Conduct strategic case assessments and legal research.

• Provide clients with insightful and compassionate legal guidance throughout the legal process.

• Prepare legal documents, attend court hearings, and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLB from a recognized law school.

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

• Outstanding academic credentials and a background in high-performing legal environments.

• Demonstrated experience handling complex personal injury litigation files independently.

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client service skills.

• A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to client representation.
