TES The Employment Solution is seeking a Millwright (433A Licensed) for a leading food manufacturing company in Toronto, ON. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, conduct equipment changeovers, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, including conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and processing equipment.

• Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups to maintain seamless operations.

• Install, assemble, and fabricate machine parts as needed.

• Work with DC-powered equipment and various industrial systems.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 433A Millwright License (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of experience as a Millwright, preferably in manufacturing

• Mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus

• Experience with conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine setups

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (rotating 8/12-hour shifts)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
