Merchandiser

Description:

Mosaic North America is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join their dynamic merchandising and sales team. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate placement and presentation of products for high-profile clients including Studio (Movies), Château, Nespresso, Voortman, BIC, Danone, Lego, Freshpet, and Smuckers. The Merchandiser will visit retail locations, maintain product organization, implement planogram changes, and foster positive relationships with store employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate placement and organization of products on shelves.

• Regularly update pricing based on inventory and market conditions.

• Set up and install promotional materials.

• Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Availability Monday to Friday, early morning and daytime hours.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

• Familiarity with mobile devices and internet usage.

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
