📽 The job and what you’ll need to get it done.
- Lead Media Strategy & Operations: Own media planning, the media budget, forecasting, and the media operations roadmap. Continuously test, optimize, and allocate budgets across the media mix to drive conversions and uncover new growth levers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our media agency and internal teams (Product, Brand, Data-Science, Creative, etc.) to build and deploy 360-degree media strategies and bridge the gap between "gorgeous ads" and "high-converting assets" .
- Drive Data-Led Insights: Act as a storyteller who translates complex media and attribution data into actionable business insights . Ensure every dollar spent is tracked via a technical command of GTM and analytics .
- Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Share wins and "productive failures" while continuously leaning into new business needs and growth opportunities .
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7+ years managing full-funnel performance media campaigns, with a track record of helping grow an online/digital brand.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Online Video campaigns, coupled with strong Martech savvy and a thirst for digital innovation.
- Working Style: Highly organized, proactive, solution-driven, and a quick learner with an excellent aptitude for relationship building and collaboration.
- Market Agility: Up-to-date on digital trends with the ability to apply educated recommendations and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
