IMAGEMOTION is a creative digital marketing agency that collaborates with some of the most exciting brands in the Fashion, Beauty, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and Lifestyle industries. The company is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic digital advertising and performance marketing initiatives.
As a Paid Media Specialist at IMAGEMOTION, you will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, lead client relationships, and work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns. This position offers a tremendous opportunity to lead digital strategies while contributing to brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
Client Management: Lead communication and relationship management with selected agency clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and satisfaction with performance outcomes.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated digital strategies that align paid and organic acquisition with the brand’s objectives.
Campaign Execution: Lead, manage, and optimize all paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads, ensuring achievement of key performance metrics including ROAS and CAC.
Acquisition Strategy: Design strategic roadmaps for scaling customer acquisition using creative testing, segmentation, and advanced targeting techniques.
Data & Analytics: Oversee Shopify e-commerce analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified website traffic.
Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling to enhance campaign performance, customer journey, and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to specific target audiences.
Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate with email marketing, organic social, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure seamless integration across all digital channels.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, highlighting actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or a similar role.
Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
Certifications such as Google Ads Certified or Facebook Blueprint are considered an asset.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Shopify E-commerce analytics.
Experience managing cross-channel digital campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
