Description:

Mercor, a San Francisco–based company connecting elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research laboratories, is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager (Digital Advertising Specialist) to join their remote global team.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented digital advertising professional with strong analytical skills and experience managing campaigns for consumer brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize full-funnel performance, leveraging data insights to improve brand visibility, engagement, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and purchase stages to improve overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Evaluate key advertising metrics such as reach, CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost per Click), CVR (Conversion Rate), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and funnel ratios to guide optimization strategies.

  • Translate complex performance data into actionable insights, ensuring measurable improvements in campaign execution for consumer brands.

  • Develop and present data-driven strategies to internal and external stakeholders, supporting informed marketing decisions.

  • Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Work independently and asynchronously to manage multiple campaign projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging advertising platforms and tools for enhanced targeting and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in digital advertising and campaign management, including direct work with Amazon Ads and other major ad platforms.

  • Proven experience managing campaigns for consumer brands with annual digital ad spends exceeding $10,000.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing dynamics, including customer acquisition and retention funnels.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.

  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing projects in an asynchronous work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools or campaign automation systems.

  • Strong familiarity with multi-channel campaign strategies across Google, Meta, and Amazon platforms.

  • Demonstrated success improving ROAS and CTR for e-commerce clients.


Engagement Details:

  • Type: Independent Contractor

  • Compensation: $80/hour (paid weekly via Stripe Connect)

  • Commitment: 10–20 hours per week

  • Duration: 2 weeks initially, with the possibility of extension based on performance

  • Start Date: Immediate (applications reviewed daily)

  • Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous work environment
