Description:

Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking two bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing company in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement after an initial 4–6 weeks of in-office training and provides excellent opportunities for career advancement within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across Canada, primarily via email.

  • Manage follow-ups, returns, complaints, and after-sales service requests.

  • Coordinate and confirm shipments with logistics teams.

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within internal systems.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma (DES) required.

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • Excellent written and spoken command of French (bilingualism in English is a strong asset).

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP considered an advantage.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
