Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking two bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing company in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement after an initial 4–6 weeks of in-office training and provides excellent opportunities for career advancement within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across Canada, primarily via email.
Manage follow-ups, returns, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
Coordinate and confirm shipments with logistics teams.
Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within internal systems.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate interviews available – start by late October or early November.
Competitive salary between CA$65000 and CA$70000 annually, plus benefits.
Stable daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

High school diploma (DES) required.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent written and spoken command of French (bilingualism in English is a strong asset).
Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Work model: Hybrid (in-office Mondays and Wednesdays after training).
