Description:
Airbus Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Program Analyst – Structure to join the A220 Commercial Aircraft Programme team in Mirabel, Quebec (Greater Montreal area). This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position designed for a professional with strong technical knowledge in aircraft structural maintenance and a passion for developing and optimizing maintenance programs for modern commercial aircraft.
As part of the Maintenance Engineering team, you will work in close collaboration with various departments such as Airframe Structure Design, In-Service Repair Engineering, the A220 Program Office, Airworthiness, Reliability & Safety. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and optimization of scheduled maintenance tasks for aircraft structures, zones, EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System), and L/HIRF (Lightning/High Intensity Radiated Fields) using MSG-3 methodology while ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations.

Develop, optimize, and update recommended maintenance tasks for A220 structures, zones, EWIS, and L/HIRF systems based on MSG-3 methodology.
Analyze new structural designs and improvements, propose schedule adjustments and design modifications for maintenance optimization.
Incorporate in-service data and customer feedback to improve the A220 maintenance program.
Lead and manage projects and independent process improvements for effective maintenance planning.
Participate in the approval process with airline customers and civil aviation authorities.
Coordinate efforts with a six-member engineering team to define scopes and ensure timely project delivery.
Validate and approve maintenance procedures both theoretically and through aircraft-level testing.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in airline or MRO environments.
Strong expertise in ATA chapters: 32, 52, 53, 54, 55.
Solid understanding of maintenance engineering concepts (structure, zonal, EWIS, L/HIRF) and related regulatory standards.
Proven project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with customer focus.
Proficient with Google Suite and digital engineering tools.
