We're Hiring: Litigation Associate Lawyer (Family & Civil Litigation)

Location: Scarborough, ON | Hybrid (WFH available after probation)

Full-Time | Immediate Start

Ramachandran Law is growing. We're looking for a Litigation Associate Lawyer with at least 1 year of post-call experience who thrives in the courtroom and is confident managing family and civil litigation files.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Family Law matters: Appear at Case Conferences, Motions, Settlement Conferences, and 23C Uncontested Trials
• Civil Litigation matters: Draft pleadings, affidavits, and motion materials, Manage files from intake to resolution, Attend at Small Claims Court and the Superior Court of Justice

What We’re Looking For:

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 1 year of post-call litigation experience
• Solid drafting and advocacy skills
• Experience with family court appearances
• Strong grasp of civil procedure
• Experience in employment law or personal injury is considered an asset
