IDA Développement, the real estate subsidiary of Groupe Chagall, is seeking a Leasing Agent (Agent de location) for a remote, full-time contractual position based in Drummondville, Quebec. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic real estate environment that values innovation, quality, and human connection.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a central role in the marketing and leasing of newly developed residential units. You will interact directly with potential tenants, guide them through the leasing process, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience, all while contributing to a fast-growing Quebec-based real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads, documenting interactions in the CRM system

• Meet with potential clients to showcase available rental or sale units

• Conduct tenant qualification processes (e.g., credit checks)

• Prepare and finalize lease agreements in accordance with company standards

• Participate in internal marketing team meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in leasing, hotel service, or administrative roles

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with real estate or a strong willingness to learn

• Proactive mindset with organizational excellence
