Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client visits, offering a high-end service that highlights the benefits and features of the property

• Schedule appointments and ensure follow-ups to meet established goals

• Manage the documentation and process related to leasing agreements

• Participate in the organization and promotion of events such as open houses, launches, and trade fairs

• Develop business development strategies in collaboration with the management team

• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for presentation and cleanliness

• Perform other related tasks as needed

Desired Profile:

• College diploma or AEC in real estate is an asset

• Minimum 1 year of experience in condo leasing

• General knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and social media

• Familiarity with Yardi software is an asset

• Bilingual in both oral and written communication

• Energetic personality, with great interpersonal skills and a focus on customer experience

• High availability, including days, evenings, and one weekend day
