I'm recruiting for a Head of Property Management in Cobham, Surrey, and I really do think this is a lovely opportunity for the right person.

Although the position is called Head of Property Management, this isn't a role overseeing hundreds of properties, managing large teams or dealing with endless layers of corporate management.

They want someone who takes genuine pride in looking after their landlords, tenants and properties. Someone who enjoys building relationships, pays attention to the little details and understands that good property management is about far more than simply responding to maintenance issues.

You'll have real ownership of the property management function, working closely with the business, overseeing compliance, maintenance, contractors and refurbishments, whilst ensuring every landlord receives the personal service they deserve.
