Description:

SS&C Technologies, a global financial services and healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Manager, Investor Services to supervise daily investor service operations, manage client relationships, and lead a team responsible for fund administration and investor communications. The role involves managing performance, ensuring service quality, supporting new client launches, and maintaining regulatory and reporting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop an investor services team, including performance appraisals and training.

• Act as primary contact for clients and internal service teams.

• Handle and resolve complex or escalated investor issues.

• Coordinate and communicate requirements for new client launches and fund conversions.

• Review and validate investor reporting, transactions, and wire approvals.

• Maintain accurate fund data, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• Collaborate with auditors and accounting teams for due diligence and confirmations.

• Participate in operational, client, and regulatory meetings.

• Lead or assist in departmental initiatives to improve service efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Managerial experience in investor or client services.

• Knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, and/or private equity fund administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
