Description:
SS&C Technologies, a global leader in financial services and healthcare technology with over 27,000 employees in 35 countries, is seeking motivated professionals to join their Investor Services team. This position serves as a key point of contact for fund investors and managers, ensuring exceptional client service, accuracy, and compliance across all investor-related activities.
As an Associate, Investor Services, you will be responsible for handling investor communications, processing subscriptions and redemptions, preparing investor statements, managing fund data, and ensuring compliance with AML/KYC standards. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining smooth fund operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams, fund management, and investors.
Serve as the main contact for fund investors and managers via email and telephone correspondence.
Process investor subscription and redemption activities in compliance with fund offering documents and AML requirements.
Communicate pending transactions to fund management promptly.
Prepare and validate investor statements based on fund accounting information.
Distribute investor statements, letters, and other documents per fund and investor instructions.
Maintain accurate and compliant distribution information.
Prepare and verify wire transfer instructions using online banking platforms.
Monitor and confirm expected cash activities processed by banks and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by department management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with AML and KYC standards is an asset.
