Description:
Clutch is seeking a Sub-Prime Financial Services Manager to lead the online used car financing process. In this role, you will guide customers through financing transactions, communicate with lenders, and support growth by upselling Clutch’s ancillary products. You will play a key role in expanding Clutch into new cities across Canada
What You’ll Do
- Kick off the purchasing process after a deposit is placed, guiding customers and setting expectations
- Update customer details in our CRM, verify and generate necessary documentation
- Submit credit applications through systems like RouteOne and Dealertrack
- Communicate lender decisions accurately and promptly
- Upsell Clutch products including extended warranties, GAP, undercoating, and more
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of sales experience; experience in lending or banking is preferred
- Experience working with challenged credit profiles
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple customers at once
- Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and organization
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for disrupting and redefining the used car industry
- Must work on-site at our Mississauga facility
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
