We are hiring Everyday Banking Advisors to support clients through a variety of digital and communication channels while delivering exceptional service experiences.

📍 Locations: Vancouver, BC & Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
💰 Pay Rate: $25/hour
📅 Contract: 6 or 12 months with potential for extension and future permanent opportunities
🏢 Hybrid Schedule: 4 days Work from home, 1 day per week in office following training
⏰ Hours: Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels
✅ Assist clients with everyday banking inquiries and solutions
✅ Build strong relationships through professional and personalized service
✅ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
✅ Maintain a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin/Cantonese)
✔ Customer service experience in banking, retail, hospitality, call centre, or related industries
✔ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
✔ Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service
