Compensation:

$90-175,000.00 per year depending on experience and billing targets

Bar fees, indemnity insurance and excess insurance beyond Law Society minimum paid

4 weeks' paid holidays

Extended health benefits including LTD after 3 months

Requirements:

JD from a recognized law school

Membership in the Law Society of British Columbia or ability to promptly obtain

Driver's license and reliable insured vehicle

Desire to live and practice in the Okanagan long-term

Interest in family law as a career
