They are currently seeking a skilled mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their esteemed national team in Vancouver. Qualifications and Attributes:

• 2 to 7 years of post-call experience in Commercial Real Estate from a reputable Canadian law firm; a combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in the acquisition and sale of investment properties across all asset classes for various regional and national investors.
• Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions for a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with strong initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Canada.
