Email Marketing Developer

Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert passionate about crafting engaging email experiences? We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Developer to join our team and drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Contact Builder, CloudPages)
• Set up and schedule campaigns, conduct QA, and ensure accurate, timely delivery
• Design and build Distributed Marketing content blocks for personalized messaging
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and creatives to boost engagement
• Research emerging email technologies and recommend process improvements
• Champion best practices and maintain campaigns in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Manager of Digital Messaging to automate workflows and optimize the SFMC ecosystem
• Document processes and keep our Marketing Cloud environment organized

Must-Have:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
• Hands-on experience with SFMC tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SSJS, SQL (Data Views), and CloudPages
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Financial Services Cloud

Nice-to-Have:

• Python, REST/SOAP API integration
• MJML or front-end frameworks (React, Vue)
