Field Marketing Specialist
Location: Toronto, Canada
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibility-
- Event Execution
- Support and execute marketing activities including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and third-party sponsorships across Canada and CMEG.
- Operational Ownership
- Own key operational and execution-based tasks end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to standard.
- Sales Enablement
- Assist in building and maintaining sales enablement materials and manage regular sales communications cadences.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Produce pre- and post-event reporting to measure programme performance and inform future planning.
- Budget & Procurement
- Streamline procurement management and track budgets to ensure programmes remain on-scope and within financial parameters.
- Process Documentation
- Document programme deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability across the team.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal Field Marketing Managers, the CMEG team, and external vendors or partners.

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0–3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software environment, or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Canada-based; proximity to Toronto highly preferred
