Customer Service Clerk

PPG, through its Bétonel / Dulux retail brand, is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk for day shift operations in Montreal. The role is on-site and reports to the Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

As a Retail Customer Service Clerk, you will be one of the main reasons why customers return. You’ll build strong relationships with both walk-in customers and contractors by actively listening to their needs and helping them select the right products and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

• Mix and color match paint products based on customer specifications.

• Suggest complementary items like brushes, rollers, and supplies.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.

• Lift, move, and store products according to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays and overtime if needed.

• Must be physically able to bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs regularly.

• Basic computer and internet usage skills.

• Proficiency in French is required; bilingualism (French-English) is essential as the role serves customers across Canada.
