Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private consultations to customers to help them design their dream kitchen.
• Educate clients and industry professionals about premium brands and products.
• Host culinary events and showroom experiences to enhance customer engagement.
• Organize and facilitate showroom and off-site events, including product demos, training, and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals, earning performance-based bonuses.
• Network and build relationships with professionals in the design and luxury retail industries.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in high-end/luxury products (hospitality or luxury retail experience is a plus).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for special events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software (considered an asset).
• Bilingual in English and French.
