As the Creative Content Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing creative concepts, crafting persuasive copy, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across multiple channels for leading brands including Sunwing Vacations, WestJet Vacations, Vacation Express, SellOffVacations.com, and Luxe Destination Weddings.

You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and marketing partners to produce captivating advertising and promotional materials that drive engagement, inspire travelers, and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling and original advertising copy for integrated campaigns across all Sunwing Group brands.

• Create persuasive headlines, engaging body copy, and effective calls-to-action for national brand and tactical marketing campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to established voice and tone guidelines across all media platforms.

• Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions from brief to execution.

• Write clear, impactful, and audience-focused copy for digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels.

• Support editorial and brand storytelling initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and media teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

• Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an advertising copywriter or creative content specialist.

• Proven expertise in crafting engaging and effective copy across a variety of media channels including digital, social, and traditional platforms.

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for crafting compelling headlines and brand-aligned messaging.

• Experience in editorial or long-form content creation considered an asset.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative team approach.
