Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is expanding and actively looking for Commercial Insurance Advisors across multiple locations in Alberta. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about insurance and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships, promoting insurance solutions, and contributing to Westland’s presence within the community.

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and educate clients on a variety of insurance products.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.

• Identify client business challenges and advocate solutions tailored to their needs.

• Assist clients with insurance requirements while applying knowledge of underwriting principles.

• Support community presence and represent Westland positively in local markets.

• Manage time efficiently and handle workloads with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.

• Insurance broker license Level 2 or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP designation (financial support provided).

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business growth goals.

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and authentic client relationships.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
