This role involves providing tailored insurance solutions to small and mid-sized business clients across various industries. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering customized commercial insurance advice via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

• Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance with precision and compliance.

• Collaborating with underwriters and account executives to assess risk profiles and recommend enhanced coverage options.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact for ongoing service.

• Supporting producers and senior advisors with quoting, documentation, and administrative processes using EPIC and insurer portals.

• Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies to help retain and grow commercial accounts.
