In this on-site, full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual presentation of the brand through thoughtfully curated displays and design elements. You will collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually captivating in-store displays and showroom layouts to enhance the customer experience and showcase furniture collections.

• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and implement cohesive visual stories that align with the brand’s aesthetics.

• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create room layouts, signage, and promotional materials.

• Maintain a fresh and contemporary visual appearance by staying informed of the latest interior design and visual merchandising trends.

• Coordinate logistics and execution of visual display setups in collaboration with sales, operations, and marketing departments.

• Evaluate and update displays regularly to ensure alignment with seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and brand messaging.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of fabric, leather, color theory, and decor elements to support visual merchandising goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for visual composition, fabric patterns, and display aesthetics.

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.

• Familiarity with upholstery, decor, and showroom design principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
