The Content Creator, Performance Creative will be a core member of the Creative Team, reporting to the Creative Director while working closely with the Marketing and Social teams. This role involves producing impactful short-form content that fuels both paid campaigns and organic growth across platforms like Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok. The position requires a mix of creativity, technical video editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media performance trends to deliver content that resonates and converts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Creative, Social, and Marketing teams to develop engaging campaign content, product drops, and brand storytelling.
Create and edit short-form video content tailored for paid ads and organic reach across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Utilize UGC-style filming, text overlays, voiceovers, and motion graphics to create high-performing creative assets.
Write hooks, ad captions, or short scripts in line with creative briefs and platform trends.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitching new content ideas rooted in performance data and industry trends.
Optimize content for various placements (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Ads).
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumbstop rate) to refine future creative strategies.
Occasionally appear on camera or direct others for UGC-style creative production.
Develop storyboards or mock-ups to communicate creative ideas before execution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in content creation for consumer brands, agencies, or as a UGC creator.
Strong portfolio showcasing social-native video content that delivers measurable results.
Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar software.
Understanding of TikTok-style, lo-fi, and UGC ad creation (beyond polished studio production).
Strong grasp of short-form video best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly incorporating feedback, and optimizing content for performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with DTC, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands.
Familiarity with the unique style preferences and needs of tall men and women.
