As a Telecommunications Engineer (Mobile Device & Network Test Engineer), you will play a crucial role in performing pre-launch and field testing for smartphones, FWA routers, and IoT devices across 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE, and VoWiFi networks. You will work with advanced tools and methodologies to validate, optimize, and troubleshoot mobile devices and network features, ensuring robust performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-launch and prototype testing for smartphones, chipsets, routers, and IoT devices.

• Perform end-to-end device validation, RF optimization, feature testing, and KPI analysis.

• Execute field and drive testing, firmware flashing, debugging, and troubleshooting of UI/network issues.

• Conduct protocol analysis for LTE, 5G NR, and IMS to ensure network performance.

• Utilize advanced tools such as QXDM, QPST, Nemo, Wireshark, JIRA, and others.

• Provide detailed technical reporting and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile device/network testing and optimization.

• Strong expertise in 5G, LTE, VoLTE, VoNR, and RF engineering.

• Hands-on experience with chipset/platform testing and protocol stack analysis.

• Proficiency in technical reporting, defect logging, and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IoT, FWA, and smart device testing.

• Knowledge of Python scripting and test automation.
