What You’ll Do
Under the mentorship of the Engineer of Record:
- Assist in the design and execution of civil projects—grading, stormwater, water, and sanitary systems
- Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports using Civil 3D and other industry tools
- Conduct site inspections and field reviews
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
- Ensure compliance with local bylaws, provincial regulations, and the Engineers and Geoscientists BC Code of Ethics
- Participate in proposal writing, internal reviews, and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Registered as an EIT (or eligible) with EGBC
- 1–3 years of civil design and/or field experience (recent grads will be considered)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with PCSWMM or EPANET is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning, ethical conduct, and delivering high-quality work
- Valid BC driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
