  • We build trust through technical excellence, clear communication, and community-focused design.
  • We operate with accountability, respect, and transparency, both internally and with our clients.
  • We expect every team member to uphold the values of professionalism, honesty, and ethical conduct.

What You’ll Do

Under the mentorship of the Engineer of Record:

  • Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports using Civil 3D and other industry tools
  • Conduct site inspections and field reviews
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
  • Ensure compliance with local bylaws, provincial regulations, and the Engineers and Geoscientists BC Code of Ethics
  • Participate in proposal writing, internal reviews, and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Registered as an EIT (or eligible) with EGBC
  • 1–3 years of civil design and/or field experience (recent grads will be considered)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with PCSWMM or EPANET is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning, ethical conduct, and delivering high-quality work
  • Valid BC driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, extended health & dental coverage
  • Banked time and overtime compensation
  • Mentorship by experienced professionals
  • In-house training, external development opportunities, and a clear career path
  • A collaborative culture where ethics and excellence are non-negotiable
