As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement tailored Curam solutions. You will take the lead in technical problem-solving, provide mentorship to junior consultants, and work with architects to design scalable and sustainable solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capacity to deliver end-to-end consulting support in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Assess technical feasibility, define problems, and develop appropriate solution designs.

• Configure and customize Curam software to meet client needs based on technical designs.

• Lead and mentor a team of Curam technical consultants, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining system performance.

• Perform upgrades, system maintenance, and support ongoing Curam implementations.

• Collaborate with architects to design scalable, high-performing, and secure Curam solutions.

• Provide regular project updates, prioritize tasks, and contribute to planning and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.

• 6+ years of experience as a Curam Technical Consultant (Developer) across the full project lifecycle.

• Curam Certified Application Developer V7 or higher.

• Expertise in Curam application modules such as Universal Access, Life Event Management, Evidence Broker, Verification, etc.

• Hands-on experience with Java/JEE/XML development, web services (REST/SOAP), and application servers (Websphere/Weblogic).

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (DB2/Oracle) and SQL.

• Familiarity with design patterns, agile methodologies, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Canada federal security clearance – Reliability or higher desired (or eligibility to apply).

Compensation & Benefits:
The role offers competitive salaries in the range of:

• Senior Consultant: $72,000 – $138,000 annually ($6,000 – $11,500 monthly).

• Manager: $84,000 – $175,000 annually ($7,000 – $14,583 monthly).
