As an Eyecare Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of Specsavers, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable care experience. You will guide customers through our wide range of stylish frames, help them with eyewear suggestions, and provide support for those using contact lenses for the first time. With your friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service mindset, you will help create WOW moments that exceed expectations and foster long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, introducing them to Specsavers’ eyecare and eyewear services.

• Assist customers with frame selections, styling advice, and lens options.

• Support new contact lens wearers with care, patience, and clear guidance.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience using the Specsavers Customer Experience model.

• Build long-term customer relationships while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Work flexibly in a retail environment, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• No optical experience required – training will be provided.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining technical accuracy.

• Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
