🔎 Who are we looking for?
✔️ 3+ years of experience in a bakery or high-volume bread production
✔️ Strong knowledge of scratch baking & artisanal techniques
✔️ Experience in hotels, cruise ships, or large-scale kitchens preferred
✔️ Ability to work overnight shifts & lead production efficiently
