Panda Restaurant Group is hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join its Kitchen Team in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting, where you’ll play a vital role in preparing and serving delicious Asian cuisine. No prior experience is necessary—comprehensive training is provided.

As a Kitchen Team Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative and energetic team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Whether you're greeting guests, cooking meals, or managing orders, you'll be an essential part of creating a welcoming environment that reflects the values of Panda Restaurant Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, including greeting customers, serving meals, and handling payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant to ensure a sanitary and welcoming environment.

• Operate within established safety and operations procedures to ensure consistent food quality.

• Rotate between roles including kitchen prep, front counter, and drive-through (if applicable).

• Support team objectives by working cooperatively to meet daily service goals.

• Perform duties effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, helpful, and motivated team player.

• Operations or kitchen experience is a plus.

• Must have completed some high school education.

• A valid Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (to be obtained at applicant's expense).

• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be physically capable of:

  • Standing for long periods (up to 4 hours),

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.,

  • Working in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
