Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality, fresh food following Chipotle’s strict food safety and preparation standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

• Support other team members across different stations as needed — including grill, prep, cashier, and serving.

• Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to sustainability, responsible sourcing, and ethical business practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to contribute positively to a fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

• Reliability and flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays.
