Prairie Flour Mills Ltd. is a Manitoba-based wheat/flour processing company that serves all facets of the North American food industry, including bakery and food service distributors and manufacturers. We seek a highly motivated person to fill a shift Miller position. Responsibilities:

• Milling activities: Running the mill operation as per instructions while maintaining equipment, milling yield/extraction, and capacities at the maximum level.
• Reporting to supervisor for daily job activities, yield, equipment breakdowns, or any activities/tasks that could disrupt production.
• Maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Work with the Grain and QA team to ensure all products meet quality specifications and participate in food safety audits.
• Maintaining milling and production records for audits.
• Participating in preventative maintenance.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines for a safe workplace environment.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices, hazardous awareness, critical control points, and company policies and procedures are followed.
• Must be physically fit and handle 50lb bags of flour.
• Must be willing to work days/afternoons/nights.
• Other duties as required.
