🚀 Hiring: Production Support Analyst – Akamai
📍 Location: Toronto / Brampton, ON, Canada

Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with Akamai CDN, Property Manager, NetStorage, Cloudlets, and Web Application Delivery.
• Expertise in Akamai WAF, Kona Site Defender, SiteShield, Prolexic, Bot Manager, and Security Monitor.
• Experience in Akamai Property Configuration, Custom Caching, Routing, Edge Redirector, and Performance Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of DNS Management, SSL/TLS Certificates, and URL Redirects.
• Experience with NGINX, Apache Reverse Proxy, AWS, and Azure Gateways.
• Production support experience in Network, Application, and System Troubleshooting, Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, CloudOps, and DevOps coordination.
• Knowledge of Heroku PaaS, Web Platforms, and Mobile Application Support (iOS/Android) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and SLA management skills.
• Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support.
