We are seeking a hands-on Senior Talent Management Business Partner to join our client's growing HR team!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee development, and talent strategies.
Provide hands-on support with employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR matters.
Support full-cycle recruitment and coach the Talent Acquisition team.
Develop HR programs, strengthen internal recruitment processes, and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong background in talent management and organizational development.
Experience implementing performance management and succession planning programs.
Solid employee relations and employment legislation knowledge.
Experience supporting recruitment and coaching team members.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
