Senior Service Now Developer

What You Will Be Doing:
 

• Design and build across the platform: Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and help shape how ServiceNow exposes its data and actions to other systems.
• Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production: configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data, and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.
• Own the quality of your work: code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and smooth family upgrades every year.
• Document what you build so the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.
   

What You Bring:
 

• 5+ years building on ServiceNow
• Solid JavaScript, plus real fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on integration and automation experience: REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth.
• Experience in ITSM plus at least one more module: HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is a huge PLUS.
